We would like to introduce a case where our "Tact Switch Double Action Type" was adopted by an automotive parts manufacturer. They faced the issue of inconsistent switch feel in the design of the vehicle's interior operation interface. Additionally, the rubber contacts were large, posing a barrier to thin and compact designs. The introduction of this product enabled simplification of the structural design. By clearly defining the tactile specifications, there was a significant reduction in rework, contributing to a substantial decrease in man-hours for the development of in-vehicle interfaces.
